I could get over the exuberant prices if the customer service wasn’t so abysmal. We had a blonde female budtender who seemed pained to have to help us. I’d rather pay double for products somewhere else than deal with all that nonsense. This used to be my go to spot before heading up the mountain, but the customer service has dropped off significantly.

Tried calling and calling, staff purposely won’t answer the phone. When someone finally answered they were rude as could be wouldn’t even let me talk. Just horrible service and not what I except from fellow tokers. No patience just rude! If you don’t like your job so much then quit…. Don’t be rude
3D used to be my favorite Salida pot shop. It was the 1st one I went to when I came to Chaffee County 3 years ago. There has never been an issue with my out of state vertical ID, until today, when little Ms. Wtfever informed me they couldn’t my ID in Colorado. I asked since when, she said always, I’m assuming she was referring to vertical IDs being used for underage people in some states. In the state my ID is from vertical also means ID only, not a driver’s license. Anyway after her attitude I told her I’d just go somewhere else. She informed me the other dispensaries would turn me away too. My response was I doubt it. I was right. I went right up highway 50 to Nature’s Medicine and bought an 3.5 g of top shelf flower for less than $45, and because of a Thursday deal, I got 5 g for the same price as 3.5 g. I’m sorry that i didnt catch the budtender’s name but I was in shock of her customer service, or lack thereof.

I only came for a small >$10 order. But the lady who s name I did not catch that was working, was very nice. She was helpful in recommending me stuff in my price for this order as well. Also they seem to have pretty great pricing for a non big city location. Will definitely be coming back here for more stuff!

Been there twice while in town first time got the $20 eighth popcorn was fire small buds. Came back a few months later got the $25 eighth shelf fire buds got some kaptain kush fire indica got baked super stank also buds were decent size just very dry but more for ya money
